Yes, Slo, I understand that as your intent. Howsomeever, what would be the catalyst for the share price to rise? Even to that old $27?

The news died as well as the share price, and few buyers are interested in investing.

Could be that Chicago Bridge and Iron is hexed, a witch putting the evil eye on the company.
