Where are you seeing that 200 Million shares outstanding figure? I`ve looked at the recent filings and it`s not jumping out at me.

That number is HUGE!!! It supports my <opinion> that this company won`t exist by the end of it`s 2nd quarter next year (Mar. 31, 2018).
