Attorneys employed by this law firm are entitled to receive 1,000,000 shares of common stock issuable pursuant to the Consulting Agreement between the Company and Marc J. Ross, a partner of Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP, which shares are being registered pursuant to this Registration Statement.
