You likely are getting your *mailed* Proxy Ballots today or next few days.

My understanding is there is a lot of Shareholder discussion ...

I would suggest, we Don't vote them yet... you might consider waiting to hear from me... if you are interested in voting them in... perhaps in a similar sentiment as me.


If you must vote early immediately, I would suggest (at this time) at minimum Vote AGAINST Coleman Ross as signal to mgmt+BoD to take Shareholders very seriously and of valid concern for the Coleman Ross's suitability at this time for directorship / representation for common shareholders.


-Coleman Ross is 74 years old,
been on the board since 2006,
chaired the Audit Committee, his tenure has seen great capital destruction,
and

only owns i believe ~50k shares (i bet many of you own more shares than him) per the proxy... his shares, even more so... likely were given as compensation for his board service. So little in a way of skin in the game.

I don't think he is someone at this point that is a good representative for Common shareholders.
