The EPA UIC permit has "significant overlap" with the ADEQ Aquifer Protection Permit (APP). I've heard that the EPA likes to let the states do the heavy lifting with respect to research and due diligence on the permits, and then piggybacks on the state's findings.
I believe we have a strong likelihood of receiving the granted ADEQ APP in the next week or two.
Long story short...it could be a very short timeframe to the draft release of the EPA permit. And then another 30 days or so of public review to a granted EPA permit.
How MIN is less than a buck canadian is beyond me! I'm counting on great news in the next week or two and - very likely - all permits in hand in a couple of months!
