Was Ken buying machinery/fiberglass for AFBG with the stock or was he buying stuff for Tampa Fiberglass with the stock (which is where Chariot is operating these days). Also remember that Hefner is Vice President and 50% shareholder in Tampa Fiberglass (private company, McCleave has the other 50% I think).
