Seth: Yeah, places like Scottrade and TD Ameritrade don't like to deal with penny stocks. I'm not sure where you can go other than the transfer agent (which should be listed on the certificate). You may want to give them a call and see what they can do for you. Like nowinv says, on the open market, they won't be worth very much since the bid is low and any significant volume will tank the PPS below .01, most likely. I'm not sure what the value of stuff was that you "sold" to Ken but you would be lucky to clear $3k - $4k selling it in open market right now. Someone, probably in similar situation as you, unloaded a few hundred thousand shares last December that sent PPS from .15 - .20 range down to the .03 - .08 range.
