Yes, I am still around. I still have my core shares which remain significantly underwater; although fortunately I was able to use the recent heavy trading to quickly flip some shares for a small gain. Who knows what the future holds for the company at this point? The R/S will likely be approved but does not have to be implemented right away. The key will be whether they can meet the deadline to take out FIG...and perhaps they can do so by finding a cash rich private company that wants to become a public company through a reverse merger? The day trading of the stock has become interesting and the potential remains for large runups regardless of the fundamentals or any material news.
