Sorry for the late response but as a new member I only have 3 post that I can submit A day. In response to your Question I sold some machinery and fiberglass to Ken over a year ago and in payment he gave me shares in the company but they were restricted for 6 months I'm new to the stocks so I really didn't put too much emphasis on them until now. In response to your previous question, no local broker will take them I've been to all of them and they won't take the certificate on that penny stock. Only if I have an account establish for over a year with them.
