warrior, what they dread is the pps falling far below their entry point and then being unable to get any decent premium on rewriting.

On the other hand, for instance, if he bot shares @ (say) 3.50 and wrote July 4 calls. If the pps rises above 4, he can either buy the calls back and roll into a future month, or be happy to have the stock taken. Thus realizing .50 profit + the premium.
The % return on an annualized basis is huge.
