UAE Deal = Never happened

Taiwan Deal = Never happened

Accurate Financial Audit in the last 5 years = NEVER HAPPENED

Sale of Additional Water Source = $100,000 - What happened to that money?

Foreclosure - Plant was issued a notify of foreclosure in May 2016!!!!


In my opinion, all of the signs point to a scam.
