What GNID CEO and Chief Counsel MARK BASILE did appears to be "Criminal". They recouped debt from a private company that SAME PLAYERS they lost money in, and transferred it to a GNID a Public company, and appears walked away after "PROMOTING" it from the inside.

The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
