Im going to guess it is a bad sign but hard to tell. People are saying that its a normal process due to the fact they are late filing their financial statements. I am starting to get a bit concerned because their are lots of untied ends here. No PR in a while, delayed filings and just plain quiet. I am not going to sell yet as I am way down relative to the SP I bought at but I really hope the company can communicate things to us ASAP so we have a better idea of where this is going.
