iHub uses P&D figures, I used a PE ratio.

From a yield perspective, GE throws off 3.65%. So double it to 7.3% and cut the share price in half to $13.

By comparison for yields:
- XIN pays 6.02%
- KCAP pays 13.79%
- OAKS pays 12.91%
