IMO...XLIT is in some ways is probably instructive in terms of "how to do identify a pump & dump" campaign! Traders Choice (most recently titled Trade of the Year) started the pump of XLIT in November of 2015. I did not receive all of the early Trader's Choice promos, but got a first copy in late December 2015. It led to doing some DD on XLIT. IMO...it was a coordinated P&D from the day James Schramm took over as the CEO and ONLY BOARD of DIRECTORS MEMBER for XLIT. In other words, James Schramm ANSWERED TO NOBODY, having carte blanche to do as he pleased, which is an extremely dangerous situation for retail investors!

Also, starting in November 2015, an XLIT "supporter" using the IHUB alias "philwil" opened an IHUB account and in fact began building the IBOX. Interestingly, the "philwil" alias was born on November 3, but the first post did not appear until November 13. Just my observation...the gap of 10 days allowed building the IBOX and getting in a position to support the Trader's Choice promo. Here's a question...after establishing an alias, how many "real" investors or traders wait 10 days to do a first IHUB post? "Philwil" posted ONLY on the XLIT Board for a period of almost exactly 4 months, then disappeared and has not posted anywhere on IHUB since! This posting period pretty much directly coincided with the rise and fall of XLIT! Recall, XLIT last filed a financial report for the period ended February 29, 2016, nine days before the final "philwil" XLIT post!

The clues and logic to identify James Schramm and XLIT as a "planned" P&D, were apparent pretty much from the beginning of the LightSheets promo in the fall of 2015! I honestly feel bad for those who lost money, but with some pretty basic DD, the "signs" were pretty clear!
