who has info on how to trade the certs into electronic transferable stock????when people in the industry don't want to trade your stock ,its probably not a good sign!!!!once the legend is removed ,no one wants to touch prhl stock!!??? one person put it as "penny stocks are associated with money laundering" after reading articles about our mgmt. , I can believe it!!
now we have 1465 investors in on this scam and more then enough for a class action???
