Better financing will come our way soon! We are growing rapidly and 4th quarter results will show it.

I've been with small cap companies that rely on selling convertible debt to large private investors. Just have to wait it out. We will be rewarded as SGMD always follows through with their objectives. Some shareholders get scared very easily and sell as they are alarmed by the falling price. I'm not selling 1 share. I will be buying BIGLY in the 3's with IRON :). No pain, no gain. We will obtain new financing as we continue to progress!

And let's not forget that the sector sucks right now.
