Yes, everyone is aware of the failed shell and its history.

Brian's actions with JNSH lead credence to the version where he was deceived about dilution, although I agree it reflects poorly on him.

JNSH has had ups and downs, but appears to be in a solid place, but I also have comparatively low expectations for any penny stock.
