We are now in Icahns and Ergens hands. We are going to PROFIT hard because the NOLs are attached to the shares and Icahn loves NOLS. He isnt going to throw away hundreds of millions of dollars away (up to a billion $)

DEBT for EQUITY swap will happen or already has happened behind the scenes. Im even thinking that the B shares will get converted into As (1 B for 2 As)

Icahn has voting control so we just wait. First time in 6 years we are out of the courts.
