Better than the lottery. Follow the decision of C&C to take a contingency fee and rebate more than $8 million to GERS, etc, etc, all chronicled and documented on the GERS' board. These are decisions by others that you can base a strategy on that have little to do with KK's ability to manipulate the windfall after he gets it. If you want to engage on GERS -- that is the place to do so.
