DD - The writing is on the wall for all to read. You just need to connect the dots. There is much more going on than shorts will tell you. Here's a hint ... Johan Eliasch owns/controls Bluebell Leasing Ltd & has always wanted to break into the Department of Defense Aerospace contracts sector. That's a tall order if any of you have checked out the requirements, security clearances & all the various hoops you have to jump through.

When it comes to U.S. Government contracts, the DoD is the land of Milk & Honey!

Having done his due diligence, knowing that they couldn't drum up the funds, he sets up TMPS to fail by putting an "Option to purchase" requirement in their lease contract. He executes that option thus triggering a default by TMPS then successfully completes a hostile take over!

Not only does he now have his foot firmly jammed in the door of the DoD sector, he's already completed a $1,2 million contract, the first of many to come!

The following links clearly outline how shrewd a move this was. I would expect nothing less of this Billionaire! ,,,

4/28/18 - Principal on $6.2 mil note is due -
The 10% Senior Secured Convertible Note (the "Note") is convertible in whole or in part at any time into shares of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share. Payment of the principal amount of the Note is due April 28, 2018.

After carefully reading every single word in these links you will no doubt note THAT NO WHERE DOES IT STATE HE INTENDS TO DILUTE. Matter of fact no where in these links can you even find the word "dilute"!

My 2 cents ...
Johan Eliasch NEVER paid $6.2 mil to TMPS. Anyone can see from a chart w/ volume there was NEVER that many shares traded. We all know that because we all had to work our butts off to acquire our positions when there were no big bocks of shares to be had on this tiny float. What actually happened was there was a "settlement" with him as part of the lawsuit filed earlier in the year for him to receive (FOR FREE) 77.5 mil share convertible note which he will convert into common shares sometime BEFORE the due date of 4/28/18. The net result will be he will build this puppy into a DoD Aerospace powerhouse & then sell it to Lockheed for a Billion some odd dollars!

Furthermore, Johan Eliasch NEVER bought 2,032,000 shares from TMPS @ .13. He shrewdly TOOK those shares as part of the "settlement" to pay for interest on the late payments to the leasing company, Bluebell Leasing Ltd, which is owned by Firefly and by Johan Eliasch.

Lastly, the TMPS directors, Brady, Gulbin, Oliver & Wright all resigned on the same day because they were angry with Johan Eliasch's plan of action which would prevent them from diluting the shares of TMPS & destroying a company which had already negotiated over $100 million in U.S. Department of Defense contracts spread out over a 5 year period YET COULDN'T PAY FOR A SINGLE $6 MILLION DOLLAR AIRCRAFT! I mean COME ON! How do you screw this up? So of course it goes without saying Johan was going to fire these 4 carpet baggers anyway for totally mismanaging what should be a very successful company!

When it comes right down to it, after reading the links, it's next to impossible to put a negative spin on this without misrepresenting what is obviously a win, win situation!

All just my very humble opinion! See you @ $20 a share!
