Wow, we have ours done since we're fricking paying for it anyway, but there are free spaces and county roadsides where people do plantings; tiger lillies etc.

Everything on our road is private and taken care of by the owners. As you can see if you go to the site, big issues are unwanted circulars tossed in the driveways and

dogs barking, etc. I get about 20 emails a day even tho' there are only 5,000 in the village and not nearly all of them are signed up and probably don't know it exists.
