I have the same problem with the tape.

I finally beat her to adding something to the honeydo list.

For our development since we don't have a HOA we use this website to keep in touch with everyone.

If someone has a problem they post there first and see if someone can sort it out.

There is a single woman in our development whose garbage disposal stopped working.

Took me 5 minutes to fix it and I gave her my allen wrench in case she ever through another chicken bone down the disposal.
