It's 4th of July weekend!
I'm chilling with some cocktails. I have some chicken on the grill seasoned with Sriracha Stix. This is my 4th time grilling wth Sriracha Stix - honestly the Stix are REALLY good. Everytime we about to grill, my bro will ask if I threw some Stix in the chix
. When I made my original video demonstrating Sriracha Stix, I made holes via metal skewer before placing the Stix, however it is NOT needed! I'm a basic chef, and my lack of food handling sucks, lol. I've gotten better because of the Stix. You just have to hold the Stix close to insertion to start a hole - the Stix easily slide in. That's how you season from the inside out!
