Yes, but only a fool invests on the basis opf hope alone. PUGE has no business, is not engaged in any form of business whatsoever. It is controlled by the scumbag of all scumbags. He, alone, had to pay for legal expenses incurred along the way. Why would he do that? To save his burro!
His PUGE holdings are considerate. With so much at stake plus the fact that he's been disbarred from critical states and is no longer permitted to engage in works involving publicly traded companies, what else is he to do?
