Just a crazy guess of mine.

Still haven't figured out why the shareholders of a public, profitable company would want to exchange their shares for PIOE shares. Just doesn't make sense to me unless they will be receiving lots of PIOE shares for each of their shares.

If you have any ideas on that, let me know.
