is that we basically have two different companies involved with two different industries. 1. The MJ industry, 2. the wine industry. I think we will see the split between Vapor Group and SimpleCork, sometime this summer.
An up and growing wine company, trying to build a quality reputation, more than likely would not want to be known as having an association with a company that deals in products associated with the MJ industry. Even though it is all perfectly legal.
Consequently, Vapor Group has to be very cautious about PR releases and how news is distributed. In the case of SimpleCork, if they have a contract or contracts with companies, they would have to coordinate any PR's with those companies to make sure all involved would be in agreement.
