In case one finds it difficult to read the chart: CCI has NO Provisional or Final Certification of Registration granted. After their application expired they have re-applied as of May 30, 2017. Application has yet to be recognized by the state other than it was received. They are basically back at the beginning of the approval process.

As a point of suggestion, reading the SEC filings is a great source of DD along with a little personal research. Don't just drink the kool-aid because it tastes great.
