I don't think you know what your talking about. The 700 million registered class a common shares are being issued out at .0078. not anything below. The equity financing with crown only involves one convertible promissory note that had a cost somewhere in the ballpark of 80-160k and is due in December.

So in conclusion, crown and the majority stock holders of these shares are more than likely not going to sell below .0078, as theyd be losing out on their loan.
