Witch?!?!? You're mellowing in your old age. Jim went from a lead engineer at Ford to full time CEO/inventor. Probably not the retirement she had envisioned. I don't think there is anything sinister lurking in the shadows.

There is a lot of legal work and negotiations involved in R/M and she probably just doesn't want to deal. Also, there could be many legal issues if Shareholders want to get involved. At the moment, she probably thinks it is better to just ignore everything hoping it will go away and stay away.

Oh yeah....and she's just a douche.
