I would tend to agree about that but I think using a slightly different formulation could be a way around that, like Coke vs Pepsi kind of thing. Anyhow a lawyer would definitely have to be involved he has been tinkering around with some ideas and materials on the small scale kinda as a hobby. I really think he needs to take that next step.
