Zero revenues quarter over quarter over quarter. If these guys aren't in the share selling business, I don't know what they're in.

They reduced debt? Sounds catchy but they only had to issue 17 MILLION shares to cover $175K. Good lord, if this is not a PUMP and DUMP scam I don't know what is. I'm also curious who those "two individuals" were, sounds toxic to me!!

The DTII Board of Directors has unanimously approved the conversion of $175,182.37 of company debt into shares of DTII Series A convertible preferred stock. An aggregate of 1,751,824 preferred shares were issue on June 13, 2017 to two individuals in exchange for full payment of the debt.
