So if Nanologix attracted the interest of some large corporation and licensed the FlatPack, they could've gotten a royalty of perhaps a penny per pack rather than ten dollars for selling a ten-pack of plates.



Problem: they're not selling FlatPacks. A one time order in the last ten years is not "selling".
