Why don't you guys do your own homework?

You want answers? Go find them.

But, since you have already proven yourselves to be both lazy and incompetent in doing so, I will begin by b!t<hslapping you with some facts:

1. The "information" you posted contains errors. You and riverrock just copy-and-pasted s#!t from a third-party site, without bothering to fact-check its contents.

2. DNI Metals has been around, in various incarnations, since the mid-1950s. A forensic analysis of the share price since the Korean War is f*<#!ng pointless, since the idea was to do a comparison between DNI and NSRC as graphite companies, correct?

3. DNI Metals has only been a graphite company for a few years. How long, exactly? Here's a clue for you:

http://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/dni-announces-the-appointment-of-daniel-j-weir-as-chairman-and-ceo-of-the-corporation-516406721.html

Note the calendar date, and begin doing your homework and comparison from there.

Here are just a few of the things you would find, since we both know you have no serious interest in doing any real research:

1. Within six months of becoming a graphite company, DNI signed its first agreement with a strategic partner to sell graphite:

http://www.greatlakesgraphite.com/2015/03/23/great-lakes-graphite-announces-graphite-supply-agreement-with-dni-metals/

They have been selling graphite wholesale for three years now:

http://www.newsfilecorp.com/release/25616/DNI-Metals-Receives-Purchase-Order-for-2320-Tonnes-of-Graphite

How much graphite has Energizer Resources/NEXTSource sold?

[BUZZER]

What is "Zero metric tons", Alex?

Correct!

2. Soon after becoming a graphite company, DNI purchased its first property in Madagascar:

http://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/dni-metals-inc-signs-letter-of-intent-for-a-graphite-property-in-madagascar-517343531.html

This property is fully-permitted, with a commercial Mining Permit ("Permis de Exploitation" or "PE") granted by the BCCM (Bureau du Cadastre Minier de Madagascar).

DNI owns a clear title to Vohitsara.

What does Energizer Resources/NEXTSource own?

The Molo Project, purchased from Malagasy Minerals, with the full knowledge that it had an expired exploration permit, and that they would be unable to transfer the title in their own name, prior to signing the sales agreement!

From: http://getfilings.com/sec-filings/160928/Energizer-Resources-Inc_10-K/

The exploration permit covering the Molo pit expired in 2011 and has yet to be officially renewed (Exploration Permit #3432 is the permit in question).

Exploration Permit #3432 is currently held under the name of a subsidiary of Malagasy Minerals called, Mada-Aust Sarl.

This current permit expired on August 17, 2011.

Energizer continues to diligently work with the Madagascan government to obtain the necessary permits in its name as the country clears its backlog of applications and amendments.

Additionally, this permit expired in 2011 and has not been renewed despite our efforts to do so. The Company has continued to pay taxes and administrative fees in Madagascar with respect to our mining permits including the permit relating to the Molo Graphite Project (although such permit is not in the Company's name). These payments have been acknowledged and accepted by the Madagascar government. Further, in order to advance the Molo Graphite Project, the current permit will need to be converted into an exploration permit in the name of the Company or one of its subsidiaries. The Company cannot provide any assurance as to the timing of the receipt of the required permits.

From: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1302084/000113717115000165/energizerforms1-06182015.htm

our exploration permit expired in 2011 and has not yet been renewed. Failure to renew the exploration permit or convert it into an exploitation permit would prevent the advancement of the Molo project.

Our only material mineral property is the Molo Graphite Project. As a result, unless we acquire or develop any additional material properties or projects, any adverse developments affecting this project or our rights to develop this property could materially adversely affect our business, financial condition and results of operations.

Do I even need to continue? Or have I already proven with facts, that there is no comparison. With a possible Reverse Split within the next six months...

http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/energizer-resources-announces-results-2016-annual-special-meeting-stockholders-appointment-tsx-egz-2184431.htm

authorized the board, in its sole discretion, to effect a share consolidation of our common stock at an exchange ratio of not less than 1-for-5 and not greater than 1-for-10, by filing an amendment to our articles of incorporation at any time through December 19, 2017.

... it should be crystal clear, to anybody who has an IQ higher than their shoe size. I told you once, and I will tell you again, for the last time:

You cannot put any positive spin, or twist people's perceptions in the hopeless quest of budging reality, to the fact that NSRC owns a property with a six-year expired permit, with no legal rights to mine graphite.

Now that you are in "my house", you better bring some facts and your A-game with you - at all times - or I am going to devour you!

But I know you are to intelligent for me. So I guess I better just give up.

Too bad you didn't trust your first instinct.

XOXO,

Luke
