Yeah that is why I am targeting 1 mil shares, so I can cash out 200k-500k shares as it runs up, and keep the rest once they are all free to try to maximize return in case of actual trial, appeal, and all of the other possible scenarios.
I took a big loss on the old shares I bought before Bulger delay killed price. now avg in at .0225 and under so at .07 cents on a run up, i can roughly sell 300K shares and have about 700k more sitting free and clear .
WHich I can hold all of or sell off smaller blocks as we hit 10 bagger, 20 bagger, and so forth. People talk about $2.00, $3.00 or higher price targets. Bring that on, but at .50 if/when we hit that I will have a bunch sold be up 100k or more and can let the rest ride for those targets if we get there. The vasy majority of my shares are Roth or Rollover IRA so the goal is not to have the cash, but to juice up those retirement accounts and throw the money in HY divvies, Im 42 so will get 20+ years to compound that cash in tax sheltered accounts.
