The NDOC´s first and old ruling (which is now remanded) was so great, so strong, so right.
This Appeals Court Opinion was, wrong, so wrong, so terrible wrong, they hurt the chip industry, very bad decision, very sad, chip industry needs to be first, first, first first....
If Judge Chhabria changes his mind as well he needs to be fired, like the Appeals Court Judges, fired...!
