LOL, yeah, I hear ya.

Navios doesn't really have a history of tht kinda thing, and very few R/S, if any.

DRYS and TOPS are just insane with their R/S's,,,lol.

And as soon as they split, they are sold off bigtime.

My guess is that Kilani Investments(they're the lenders of choice for both)is shorting the shares bigtime before announcing their deals.

Dunno for sure, but I'm sure something shady going on between management of the lender and the shipping co's.
