I have a question for you also, where is Imbutek a company? Where did they file as an LLC, or corporation, or anything? It is only a website. If you recall Mersky PR'd that NOHO,Inc was changing it's name to Imbutek, not merge into it. And a symbol change was going to happen also once they become fully reporting. So again, how is Imbutek doing anything when they are not even a company? There is no Imbutek other than in name only. Care to explain how Imbutek can do anything legally as they don't even exist, but in cyberspace.
