Your last point is the best one. Have someone else take over and make this thing take off. This is actually an option. Toby mentioned it to me a long time ago. Not sure if it will happen but I remember Toby brought it up as an option before. I hope to speak with him next week. I will pose the question.

I think people / lenders realize that Toby isn't doing a good job getting this thing going. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out though!
