Not here to rub it in too much for the people who sold...this is the otc and you can't blame people for taking profits or being dubious; however, let's put things into context...

$UHLN hadn't any filings, news, website for over a year...so now finaly after over a year of nothing, after much anticipation, $UHLN releases huge news/plans to:

a) Acquire a "National" Multi-Location Franchise Company

b) New Corporate web site and Social Media

c) Working hard to get The Company "Current" with OTC markets

d) Confirmed what most of us expected with only 500m shares authorized..which is no reverse split

With all those new catalysts (news pending) in mind..you decide to sell now? Wow
