Anything is possible, but I don't know if that's fiscally responsible, or the best use of their funds. The first step was to reduce AS, that was important which was recently achieved by cutting it by ~40%, and they can go about approaching outstanding by other means... maybe restructuring preferred shares or using the Nobo list to lock up shares and essentially taking them out of play. They can get creative in that regard which would have a positive effect on pps.
