I believe not only for this project but the next 2-3 phases going forward. if you work with the Chinese they always work with 5 year plans. the arab nations are now and in the future flush with cash assets that could be devalued in a heartbeat leaving them with nothing as to what was accumulated in the past, asset based equity and future promise are what they want
