I kinda agree with you on that. I was watching apr# a couple months back , and the owner did the samething. He kept making promises about the filings coming , new business model. but faded away and the stock crashed down to .0002. And everyweek the same couple of people pumping exploding to happen anyday. The owner always only tweeted or emailed, but said news was coming. That seem to be the new pump thing in otc. I'm use to being in a stock no longer than two days. This is my longest hold ever. The only reason I held is because they went active in Delaware. But I'm in so deep, if nothing happens , I'm stuck because I have too many shares to sell . This lie about about the update that never happen could be the start of something bad. I had two chances to flip on but runs to .0033 and my stupid as held. Now we've double top , hoping for a cup in handle run.
