Don't feel bad, lots of shareholders have a hard time trying to decipher scams, it's not easy but with simple research into con artists like Kistler and his role in AEPP, It's simple to see what get done to empty shells.

So the claim is Oncolix owns AEPP, that's cute, but not accurate.
