Selling more shares at 0.07 cents will lead to massive dilution. In fact, they would have to discount those shares deeply to attract anyone that might be willing to give them funding.
If that's the case why would anyone invest, in the current environment, knowing that they are:
1. Going to have to significantly dilute existing shareholders
2. Eventually, declare a reverse split of the common shares?
