If they have international patents then they should be able to file lawsuit for infringement but I doubt they do. USPTO covers only US companies and not abroad.

If they have international patents then OMG can't imagine how much that settlement would be.

Just to keep it real..! If technology is exported and used in other countries then also it is violation so we may end up getting reimbursement for that as well. If used in Europe than also violation. Need to find out which other country is using it may be all of them. 180+ countries.. OMG
