That is totally absurd. People here think there will be a buyout and you're trying to tell me that insiders cant afford to buy shares at .10 cents a share? Do you realize how ridiculous that sounds. The more realistic interpretation is that the insiders who valued the shares at .02 cents don't believe the shares are worth more than a few cents or they'd be loading up.
