The ARB cost will most likely run into the MILLIONS , not tens of thousands.

How does the company get the funds to funds to pay any judgement?

How much of YOUR (retail trader ) money went to Cel-Sci?
The answer is : ZERO !

Cel-Sci induced shareholders to hold???

WHY? HOW?

Your shares put no money into the company.

If anything , the company provided little incentive for shareholders to hold.

2013 , there were 1,500 shareholders with 33 m shares ( average position size = 22K ).

2016, PRE-SPLIT, there were 1,000 shareholders with 225M shares ( Average position size = 225K ).

**In about 36 months ; shareholders has been reduced by 1/3.
Position size has INCREASED by almost 700 %.**

IMO: There is a lot of shorting. Cel-Sci is NOT doing that..
***IMO: The shorters are the BUYERS !!!***

**How do sharwill eholders benefit from such a lawsuit???**
