I appreciate your points and respect your research. My point is that Jimmy seems to do a lot of Pumping, responding to emails and other stuff that is below his pay grade. Sugarmade is not a start up company and has a staff of 21 employees according to their company profile on OTC. I personally have sent emails to their investor email and never received a response. I also think they did a really poor job of communicating to customers and investors throughout this whole Sriracha Stix campaign. I have high hopes for Sugarmade but Jimmy needs to seriously re-evaluate his role and let others take care of customer interface, and he should assign a manager to make sure they actually do it. If he does in fact read these comments as another person posted recently then I hope he is paying attention. Everyone on here is rooting for this company..pull it together Sugarmade!!
