Nearly 10 yrs ago, MKRS + OPTT were working on secure communications for Navy buoys. It looked like OPTT was going places. For sure, MKRS is going places. We are aware that MKRS keeps good news hidden almost until the check is received.
The Navy may have more business for OPTT, but for sure the Navy has more business for MKRS. Commercial business looms large for MKRS.
